The Charleston Coast has every variety and price range of real estate you can find.  From the $100,000 townhome to the $7,000,000 oceanfront home, there’s something for everyone.


The old adage says “All Real Estate is Local”.  This statement couldn’t be more true in Charleston.  Its unique character and geographical location have spared us from the fate of California, Florida or Nevada.  While market values here vary from area to area, the one place that has held its own is the Charleston Peninsula - my area of specialty.
